Iran official: We never advocated Israel’s destruction

January 16, 2019 — WND.com reports: “A number of Iranian officials have stated in recent years that one of the prime objectives of its radical Islamic regime is to destroy Israel.

Now, however, one Iranian official insists the country’s leaders have been misunderstood

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a recent interview that the remarks were merely an affirmation that ‘Israel would eventually disappear if it continued its present policy.’

But ‘Zarif’s claim is a blatant lie,’ said the Middle East Media Research Institute. ‘The various Iranian regime governments have consistently and explicitly presented the destruction of Israel as an ideological and practical goal of the Islamic Revolution.’

The comments from Zarif came during a Dec. 23, 2018, interview with the French weekly Le Point.

The interviewer, in response to Zarif’s claim, quoted a statement made by former Iranian president Ahmadinejad at the U.N. against Israel…”  (Iran has a long history of calling for the destruction of Israel  It will never happen.  Almighty God has stated: “…I will give them [Israel] an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off” – Isaiah 56:5.  Everlasting means everlasting.  God promised to Abraham in Genesis 22:17: “…in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the starts of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore…”    “And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt; To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.  Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.  Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever” – Deuteronomy 4:37 – 40.)

Rouhani: The jihad of the Palestinians must continue

January 2, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday said that ‘resistance and fighting the usurper Zionist regime’ is the only way for Palestinians to gain their rights.

He made the comments during a meeting in Tehran with Ziad al-Nakhala, head of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

‘The jihad of the Palestinians must continue until the Zionist enemy is surrendered to the rights of the Palestinian nation,’ said Rouhani, according to a report on the Iranian presidency’s website.

‘With the help of the new authorities of the White House, the Zionist Regime is seeking to dominate the entire region and Palestine is a part of this plan,’ he charged.

He further claimed that ‘the Israelis have never accepted the rights of the Palestinians and therefore, the only way is to fight and resist.’ …”  (President Rouhani does not know his history, or the Qur’an – “And [mention, O Muhammad], when Moses said to his people, “O my people, remember the favor of Allah [God] upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds. O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has assigned to you and do not turn back and [thus] become losers.” — Quran, Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:20-21.  And he does not know the Bible — Genesis 15:18 states: “In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates”  and in Joshua 1:4 we read: “From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.”  These verses encompass all of the land modern Israel currently possesses, plus all of the land of the Palestinians (the West Bank and Gaza), plus some of Egypt and Syria, plus all of Jordan, plus some of Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Abbas: This is our land, the martyrs are heroes

January 1, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas said on Monday that the US decision to transfer its embassy to Jerusalem will not harm the right of the Palestinian Arabs in Jerusalem and will not lead them to give up their principles and rights.

In a speech marking the 54th anniversary of Fatah’s armed struggle, Abbas stressed that the Palestinian Arabs would not give their consent to the Trump administration’s so-called ‘Deal of the Century’, and that they see eastern Al-Quds (Jerusalem), including the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as the capital of the Palestinian state.

In another message to the United States and Israel, Abbas stressed that the US punitive measures against the Palestinians would not change their position on ‘refugee rights’ in accordance with the decisions of the international institutions, especially UN General Assembly Resolution 194.

‘The continuation of the colonialist settlement and the occupation of the land of the State of Palestine will not break our willpower, nor will it harm our resolve, because our people will not kneel but to Allah, and this is our land and holy places, and this is the land of our forefathers and grandfathers,’ he stated…”

Khamenei: Palestinians will establish a government in Tel Aviv

January 1, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, predicted on Monday that Palestinian Arabs will eventually ‘establish a government in Tel Aviv’.

His comments, quoted in the Tehran Times, came during a meeting in Tehran with Ziad al-Nakhala, head of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

‘Palestine will remain powerful and the Palestinian nation’s final victory will take place in near future with the grace of God,’ said Khamenei.

Noting that resistance is key to victory, he added, ‘As long as there is resistance, the Zionist regime’s downfall and demise will continue.’

‘During the past years, the Palestinian people’s victory was not (to the extent) to establish a government in Tel Aviv, which that will be realized with the grace of God, but the main victory was bringing the Zionist regime to knees, a feat that Arab armies could never accomplish,’ continued Khamenei…”

Netanyahu warns Iran: You had better leave Syria – now

January 15, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu warned Iran that Israel will intensify its military campaign against Iranian forces in Syria, advising the Islamic republic to withdraw from the war-torn country immediately.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of the IDF’s 22nd Chief of Staff, Aviv Kochavi, in Tel Aviv Tuesday, Netanyahu responded to Iran’s claims on Monday that it does not maintain an armed presence in Syria.

‘Iran does not have a military base and military presence in Syria and was present at the request of the Syrian government for advisory mission and fighting the terrorists,’ claimed Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Bahrem Qasemi, adding that Iranian officers in Syria were merely there to ‘advise’ the Syrian regime.

Netanyahu mocked the claim, offering to ‘advise’ the Iranian government on its deployment in Syria.

‘Yesterday I heard the Iranian foreign ministry spokesman saying ‘Iran has no military presence in Syria, we only advise them’,’ said the Israeli premier.

‘So let me advise them — get out of there fast, because we’ll continue our forceful policy of attacking, as we promised and are doing, fearlessly and relentlessly,’ Netanyahu continued…”  (Iran will be blotted out when Russia, China, and Islamic nations fight Israel and her allies during Armageddon – Revelation 16:16.  The battle is described in Ezekiel 39:1 – 5: “…thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:  And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured…” Soon the war of wars will arrive from the North and East [Russia and China] – Daniel 11:44.  The battle is described in Ezekiel 38:1 – 5: “…the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,   Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief [Russian] prince of Meshech and Tubal: [Moscow and Tubal, or Tubalsk – Southwest of the Russian capital]:  And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:  Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:”  See the next two reports.)

Iran: We don’t have a military presence in Syria

January 15, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Iran on Monday dismissed claims by Israeli officials that Israel attacked thousands of Iranian targets in Syria, denying the Islamic Republic even has a presence in Syria.

‘The Zionist War Ministry’s comments are baseless, false, misleading, and an attempt to justify the failures of the regime in the region,’ said Bahrem Qasemi, a spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, according to the IRNA news agency.

He added that the forces of the ‘resistance’ stand against the bullying of this regime, and ‘these are the Zionist regime’s lies, exaggeration, bluff, and the creation of a psychological warfare to meet their ends.’

He argued that the victories of the Syrian army have caused the Zionists to be angry, resulting in their claims…” 

Israel may intensify air campaign against Iranian army, PM warns

January 13, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Israeli Premier Binyamin Netanyahu said his country was prepared to escalate its attacks on Iranian military forces deployed in Syria, if necessary, to prevent Iran from entrenching itself in the war-torn country.

Netanyahu met with IDF soldiers stationed in northern Israel Sunday afternoon, as part of Operation Northern Shield, which was launched last month to locate and destroy cross-border terror tunnels built by Hezbollah from southern Lebanon into Israeli territory. IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir joined the Prime Minister during the tour, as did IDF northern command chief Gen. Yoel Strick and other army top brass.

During the tour Sunday, Netanyahu said the IDF was prepared to intensify its ongoing campaign against Iran’s Quds Force in Syria.

‘Israel struck an Iranian weapons depot at the Damascus International Airport. This is part of our policy and determined efforts to prevent Iran from establishing itself militarily in Syria. If need be, we will intensify our attacks.’…”
