Erdogan says Turkey should have nuclear weapons like Israel

September 5, 2019 — The Times of Israel reports: “Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said Wednesday that it was unacceptable that Turkey was barred from having nuclear weapons while other nations in the region had them.

‘Some countries have missiles with nuclear warheads, not one or two. But (they tell us) we can’t have them. This, I cannot accept,’ the Reuters news agency quoted him as telling his ruling AK Party members in the eastern city of Sivas.

‘There is no developed nation in the world that doesn’t have them,’ Erdogan said, even though most developed nations do not have nuclear weapons.

Under international treaties only the US, Russia, the UK, France and China could have nuclear weapons. India, Pakistan and North Korea later developed them too. South Africa had several atomic bombs but dismantled them when it became a democracy.

Israel is also believed to have nuclear weapons, a fact alluded to by Erdogan.

‘We have Israel nearby, as almost neighbors. They scare (other nations) by possessing these. No one can touch them.’…” (A huge nuclear war is prophesied multiplied times in God’s Word.  Revelation 9:14 – 18 depicts Armageddon: “Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.  And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.  And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.  And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. Netanyahu: Israel uncovered another secret Iran nuclear weapons site

September 10, 2019 — YnetNews.com reports: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday that Israel had uncovered another secret site where Iran was developing nuclear weapons, which was destroyed once Tehran realized it had been spotted.

It was the first time that Netanyahu had identified the site, which, he said, was discovered in a trove of Iranian documents Israel previously obtained and released publicly last year.

‘A year and a half ago, we exposed Iran’s secret nuclear archive which revealed that Iran was developing five nuclear warheads as early as 2003. Last year, we exposed Iran’s secret nuclear warehouse in Turquzabad which Iran used for storing materials and equipment for its secret nuclear program,’ Netanyahu told reporters Monday evening at the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem.

‘Even before that, Iran knew that we were on to them so they cleared the site,’ he said. ‘This is an actual cover-up. They put gravel on it to try and hide their traces. But they didn’t. The IAEA found traces of uranium that Iran hid in these sites. That’s a direct violation of the NPT, the Non-Proliferation Treaty…”

German intel: Iran sought to acquire weapons of mass destruction in 2018

September 19, 2019 — The Jerusalem Post reports: “A new German intelligence report from the state of Hesse on Wednesday outlined the Islamic Republic of Iran’s illicit espionage activities in the central European country, including efforts to obtain weapons of mass destruction during 2018.

The Hesse report noted that, ‘Against this background [of proliferation], weapons of mass destruction continued to be a powerful political instrument during the reporting period, which could shake the stability of an entire state structure in both regional and international crisis situations. In particular, states such as Iran, North Korea, Pakistan and Syria attempted to acquire and redistribute such weapons in the context of proliferation, for example by concealing transport routes via third countries.’

The Jerusalem Post reviewed the 312-page document that details threats to the democratic state in Hesse.

The intelligence agents said that foreign academics seek to obtain knowledge about the uranium enrichment process…”

Al-Qaeda leader calls for attacks on U.S. and Israeli targets

September 12, 2019 — Israel National News reports: “Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri on Wednesday called on Muslims to attack US, European, Israeli and Russian targets.

The comments, quoted by the SITE Intelligence Group which tracks online activity of jihadist organizations, were made in a video statement released by Al-Qaeda on the 18th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

‘If you want Jihad to be focused solely on military targets, the American military has presence all over the world, from the East to the West,’ said Al-Zawahiri in the video.

‘Your countries are littered with American bases, with all the infidels therein and the corruption they spread,’ he added…”  (They may threaten Israel, but Psalm 121 states: “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.  My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.  He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.  Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.  The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.  The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.   The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.  The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.”  Notice especially verse 4 – “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.”  During his confrontation with the prophets of Baal, Elijah mocked the prophets after they were unable to get a response from Baal.  I Kings 18:27 states: “And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.”  God does not sleep, and He will preserve Israel.  See the next two reports.)

Iran’s top diplomat warns of ‘all-out war’ if hit for Saudi attack

September 19, 2019 — The Times of Israel reports: “Iran’s foreign minister warned Thursday that any attack on his country over a drone-and-missile strike on Saudi Arabia’s oil industry would result in ‘all-out war,’ further pushing up tensions across the Persian Gulf.

The comments by Mohammad Javad Zarif represent the starkest warning offered yet by Iran in a long summer of mysterious attacks and incidents following the collapse of Iran’s nuclear deal with world powers, over a year after US President Donald Trump unilaterally withdrew America from the accord.

Yemen’s Iranian-backed Houthi rebels have claimed the attack, but the US alleges Iran carried out the assault.

Zarif’s comments also appeared to be in response to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who a day earlier while traveling to Saudi Arabia referred to the attack as an ‘act of war.’

Asked by CNN what would be the consequence of a US or Saudi strike, Zarif said: ‘All-out war.’…”

Iran warns foreign forces to stay out of Gulf, amid new US deployment

September 22, 2019 — BBC News reports: “Iran’s president has warned that foreign forces are threatening the security of the Gulf, after the US said it was deploying troops to the region.

Hassan Rouhani said foreign forces had always brought ‘pain and misery’ and should not be used in an ‘arms race’.

The US is sending more troops to Saudi Arabia after an attack on Saudi oil facilities both nations blame on Iran.

Mr. Rouhani also said Iran would present a new Gulf peace initiative at the United Nations in the coming days.

This year has seen continuing tension between the US and Iran, following President Donald Trump’s abandonment of a deal aimed at limiting Iran’s nuclear activities in return for the easing of sanctions…”

Iran’s General Salami Boasts of ‘Hidden’ Special Military Powers

September 22, 2019 — Breitbart.com reports: “Iran has special ‘hidden’ military powers it is ready to unleash at any moment on an unsuspecting world, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) leader, Major General Hossein Salami, revealed on Saturday.

Salami offered no evidence to back his claim of the so-called ‘hidden’ powers of military persuasion.

Salami spoke at Tehran’s Islamic Revolution and Holy Defence museum during the unveiling of an exhibition of what Iran says are U.S. and other drones captured in its territory.

According to the domestic Fars News, Salami said enemies of his country are unaware of secret capabilities of Iran, adding Tehran has significantly enhanced its military power to create threats and problems unknown and unexpected for anyone who opposes it.

‘Our enemies must know that we have increased our capability of creating unknown threats. Hezbollah’s new missile ‘capable of destroying all military battleships’

September 15, 2019 — The Jerusalem Post reports: “A twitter account affiliated with Hezbollah posted a photo of the terror organization’s new missile on Sunday afternoon, which he says is capable of destroying all military battleships.

‘Our new missile is capable of destroying all military battleships, killing all who are on board,’ wrote the Hezbollah activist, who often posts photos of South Lebanon Army (SLA) members and their families who have moved to Israel, announcing that they are being called to trial.

In August, Hezbollah released footage and pictures of the anti-ship missile that struck the INS Hanit during the 2006 Second Lebanon War, an incident that killed four Israeli soldiers in one of the most significant attacks against the IDF in the war.

In a documentary called #Army_To_Be_Drowned aired on Hezbollah’s al-Manar TV channel marking the war the group aired reconnaissance footage of the ship from the Lebanese coastline, preparations for the launch of the missile, the operations room which directed the strike as well as nighttime footage which showed the impact of the Chinese-made C-802 anti-ship cruise missile…”
