WHO OWNS THE LAND?

Biden Commits to Jordan’s King to Continue Ban on Christian, Jewish Worship on Jerusalem’s Holy Temple Mount

February 14, 2024Breitbart.com reports: “At a time when the Jewish state is battling an existential threat, President Joe Biden assured the Jordanian king that Jewish and Christian prayer would continue to be banned — under what is known as the ‘status quo’ — on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount, the holiest site in the Jewish faith and revered by Christians worldwide, so as not to inflame Muslim anger.

On Monday, President Biden and King Abdullah II of Jordan discussed the Gaza war at the White House, with Abdullah advocating for an immediate end to the war, even with an undefeated Hamas still ruling the coastal enclave. This despite the fact that the U.S.-designated Islamic terror group, whose charter calls for the murder of Jews and the elimination of the Jewish state through relentless jihad, perpetrated the worst terrorist attack in Israel’s history in October, in an operation stemming from its radical beliefs…”  (In Genesis 22:1-14 God commanded Abraham to bring his son Isaac to the land of Moriah and offer him as a sacrifice there.  As he was about to complete the sacrifice, God stopped him and provided a ram as a substitutionary sacrifice.  In I Chronicles 21:18 – 26, King David purchased this mount so he could build an altar to offer a sacrifice when he confessed his sin.  This was the location where the angel of the Lord was commanded to stop the destruction of Jerusalem [I Chronicles 21:15].  In II Chronicles 3:1, King Solomon built the First Temple on Mount Moriah, this was started in 966 BC.  This Temple stood until 586 BC when it was destroyed by the Babylonians.  The Second Temple was built in 516 BC and enlarged by Herod the Great in 12 BC.  It stood until it was destroyed by the Romans in AD 70.  The Dome of the Rock was built in AD 692, and the Al Aqsa Mosque was not built until AD 705.  It is obvious who has the rightful claim to the Temple Mount.)

At White House — King Abdullah attacks ’70 years of occupation’ impact

February 13, 2024The Jerusalem Post reports: “Jordan’s King Abdullah warned against the danger of ‘seventy decades of occupation’ as he called for a two-state resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during a press conference with US President Joe Biden at the White House.

‘Seven decades of occupation, death, and destruction have proven beyond any doubt that there can be no peace without a political horizon,’ said the monarch.

King Abdullah has been a strong proponent of a two-state solution at the pre-1967 lines, with east Jerusalem as the capital.

Those who support that position often speak of their opposition to the more than five decades of Israeli ‘occupation’ of the territories of the West Bank, Gaza, and east Jerusalem…”  (Genesis 15:18 states: In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates  and in Joshua 1:4 we read: From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.  These verses encompass all of the land modern Israel currently possesses, plus all of the land of the Palestinians (the West Bank and Gaza), plus some of Egypt and Syria, plus all of Jordan, plus some of Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Israel currently possesses only a fraction of the land God has promised.)

US could recognize Palestinian state after Israel’s war in Gaza

February 1, 2024The Jerusalem Post reports: “The United States is engaged in ongoing ‘planning processes’ on how best to advance the establishment of a Palestinian state, US State Department spokesperson Mathew Miller said, but stressed that this was not a policy change.

‘Yes, we are actively pursuing the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with real security guarantees for Israel,’ Miller told reporters in Washington on Wednesday.

‘We support the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, and we do a lot of work in the government to think about how to bring it about,’ Miller said.

‘The vast majority of options never usually get implemented,’ he stated.

He spoke about those efforts when quizzed by journalists about a report on the Hebrew website Walla about such efforts…”  (Caroline B. Glick, senior contributing editor to The Jerusalem Post wrote a book in 2014 entitled “The Israeli Solution” where she stated in the preface: “Establishing a Palestinian state, so the thinking goes, would be a panacea for all the region’s ills.  It would end the Arab world’s conflict with Israel, because the reason the Arab world is anti-Israel is that there is no Palestinian state.  It would also nearly erase the Arab world’s anti-Americanism, because the reason the Arabs – and the larger Muslim world – are anti-American is that the United States supports Israel even though there is no Palestinian state…  For the past ninety years, the two-state solution has been tried more than a dozen times, and every time it has failed, abysmally.  Between 1970 and 2013, the United States presented nine different peace plans for Israel and the Palestinians, all based on the two-state solution – and for the past twenty years, the two-state solution has been the centerpiece of the U.S. Middle East policy.  But despite this laser focus, American efforts to implement the two-state solution have all been dismal failures.”  See the next report.)

Hamas Declares It Will Not Accept Existence of Israel as Biden Admin Touts ‘Two-State Solution’

February 9, 2024Breitbart.com reports: “A senior Hamas terrorist told a Lebanese news outlet, which the allied jihadist group Hezbollah operates, on Thursday that his group would offer ‘no compromise’ on the destruction of Israel, describing the Jewish state as having ‘no future in the region.’

Osama Hamdan, the top Hamas representative in Lebanon, threatened all who support the existence of Israel, telling Hezbollah’s al-Manar news, ‘Whoever counts on it or attaches their future to it will lose.’

Hamdan’s comments echo the ideological provisions of the Hamas terrorist charter and statements made since 2023 by officials in Iran, the world’s premier state sponsor of terrorism and a top Hamas financier. The opposition among jihadist groups to Israel existing in peace presents a significant obstacle to the foreign policy of leftist American President Joe Biden, whose officials have been repeating, with increasing frequency and urgency, the need for an alleged ‘two-state solution’ in which a sovereign ‘Palestine’ is established alongside Israel. Those proposing two states have not offered any clarity on who would govern such a state — an issue of particular concern given that Hamas is the government of the ‘Palestinian’ territory of Gaza…”
