China and Russia Build Massive Database from Hacks to Use Against America

September 1, 2015 Breitbart.com reports: “According to U.S. officials cited by the L.A. Times, China and Russia are cross-indexing the mountain of data stolen in the Office of Personnel Management hack earlier this year with other major data breaches, including stolen airline bookings and the Ashley Madison subscriber database, to identify intelligence officials, their agents, and assets.

By searching this cross-indexed data for certain patterns, it becomes possible to pick out individuals whose behavior and interaction with known intelligence agents suggests they might be spies, or contacts for secret agents. The enemy can also use this data to target American assets that could be susceptible to recruitment or blackmail.

‘A foreign spy agency now has the ability to cross-check who has a security clearance, via the OPM breach, with who was cheating on their wife via the Ashley Madison breach, and thus identify someone to target for blackmail,’ explained Peter W. Singer of the New America Foundation. Top-shelf spy agencies conduct this sort of data analysis all the time, but they do not usually have the sheer volume of information fed to them by the OPM hack – the Rosetta Stone that will help them interpret, and weaponize, the data exposed in many lesser breaches.

When the Times asked counter-intelligence chief William Evanina if these data-mining weapons had already been used against American operatives, he replied, ‘Absolutely.’

Other officials cited in the article stated that ‘at least one clandestine network of American engineers and scientists who provide technical assistance to U.S. undercover operatives and agents overseas has been compromised.’…” (Russia, Ezekiel 38 & 39, Persia [today’s Iran], and China, Revelation 16:12, will all unite against the USA for Armageddon – Revelation 16:16 – as described in Revelation 9:14 – 18. Chinese naval ships spotted off Alaska coast during Obama visit to state

September 3, 2015 — The Guardian reports: “The Pentagon has confirmed the presence of five Chinese naval vessels in the Bering Sea between Russia and Alaska, which Barack Obama is currently visiting.

It was believed to be the first time Chinese military ships have been spotted in the area and is another sign of China’s global presence expanding far beyond its own shores.

‘We respect the freedom of all nations to operate military vessels in international waters in accordance with international law. We are aware of the five People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) ships in the Bering Sea,’ said Commander Bill Urban, a Pentagon spokesman, confirming a story first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

‘This is the first time we have observed PLAN ships in the Bering Sea.’

The vessels are in international waters near the Aleutians, a chain of islands that fan out from the Alaskan mainland. The boats comprise three combat ships, an amphibious ship and a replenishment vessel…”

Russian E-Warriors Render Aircraft Carriers Useless

August 25, 2015 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “Russia has developed a ‘noiseless’ system of neutralizing aircraft carrier battle groups without missiles or torpedoes.

The notion of ‘unsinkable’ aircraft carriers may soon become history for the simple reason that the planes they carry will be rendered totally useless.

Aircraft carriers have long been considered the world’s most powerful and deadliest weapons systems only a nuclear warhead can destroy, again if it is lucky enough to cut through the flattop’s powerful missile defenses.

No more. You no longer need to go around the carrier’s air defenses or launch missile and torpedo attacks. All you need to do is cut the onboard planes’ communications with the mother ship and jam their ‘friend or foe’ electronic identification system.

Russian knowhow in this tricky field of electronic warfare is really second to none and the upcoming MAKS-2015 airspace expo will showcase the country’s latest systems of electronic jamming…” (Knowledge shall be drastically extended and increased just preceding Christ’s return – Daniel 12:4 and Matthew 6:10.  China shows off missile ‘able to destroy aircraft carriers’ at massive WW2 parade

September 3, 2015 — The Telegraph.co.uk reports: “China showed off a new missile reportedly capable of destroying an aircraft carrier on Thursday as it flexed its military muscle with a huge parade marking 70 years since the defeat of Japan in World War Two.

The parade, which was shunned by most Western leaders, witnessed 12,000 troops file past President Xi Jinping, along with formations of tanks and armoured vehicles as warplanes screamed overhead.

The show of strength saw the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) unveil some of its newest hardware, including the DF-21D missile, which is labelled by state media as a ‘carrier killer’.

The weapon was described as a ‘trump card’ by a commentator on state broadcaster China Central Television (CCTV)…”

U.S. Sees Space as Next Potential Battlefield With China

August 20, 2015 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “The United States must take a defensive posture in space to counter threats posed by Chinese anti-satellite capabilities, Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President Henry Obering said on Wednesday.

‘We must treat space for what it is, it is a domain in which we must be prepared to fight and win,’ Obering stated at a Hudson Institute conference on advanced military threats from China.

Over the past decade, China has demonstrated increasing capabilities to counter advanced space assets. It tested last year an anti-satellite interceptor missile capable of destroying a satellite in low-earth-orbit.

US Department of Defense officials have expressed further concerns that China also has developed missiles capable of reaching satellites in high-earth orbit, which could jeopardize the full spectrum of US satellites…” (There shall be devastating signs in space including in the sun moon, and stars preceding Christ’s return – Matthew 24:29, & 30.  Russia to Engage U.S. in Space Wars With New Electronic Warfare Technology

August 19, 2015 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “The Russian Defense Ministry has developed new technology to counter US battle stations in space, said Igor Nasenkov, the first deputy head of Russia’s Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (RETC), according to Russian media sources.

‘If the United States starts developing and launching its battle stations into space, Russia will have to respond in kind – namely with the development of high-performance Electronic Warfare (EW) tools on different types of bases; the use of these tools will be a distinct advantage [for Russia],’ Nasenkov said, as quoted by Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

Defense industry enterprises already have the necessary scientific and technological foundation, including layout models for future EW tools, the high-ranking RETC official said.

All Russia needs right now is a political decision and appropriate funding to kick start the project, Nasenkov said…”

U.S. Army Held Missile Defense War Games to Subvert ‘Russian Jamming’

August 18, 2015 — SpaceDaily.com reports: “In an effort shore up its missile defense capabilities, the US military has conducted a massive electronic warfare exercise. The concern? Russian radar jamming technology.

Last spring, the US Army conducted a highly classified exercise deep in the New Mexico desert. Held at White Sands Missile Range, the electronic warfare drills were designed to find weaknesses in the Pentagon’s missile defense capabilities.

To accomplish this, the military mimicked a series of offensive jamming attacks to test the readiness of the defense system. Evidently, those networks need a lot of improvement, as the results of the exercise produced nearly 70 terabytes of data, roughly twice the size of Wikipedia.

But the prime reason for the drills is concern that Russian and Chinese technology is too advanced for the US military to confront. According to Brig. Gen. Neil Thurgood, the Army’s Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Missiles and Space, America’s principal foes have developed advanced digital jamming far beyond old-school analog technology.

That advanced tech is not only capable of blocking missile defense radars from intercepting incoming signals, but can also fool the defenses with a false radar pulse.

Essentially, Russian and Chinese jammers can trick US missile defense networks into firing at empty sky…” (See the information on the opening article of this briefing.)
