The horrifying report on the 7/10 rapes and massacre

February 21, 2024 — Israel National News reports: “The Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel on Wednesday published a horrifying report portraying sexual attacks that were inflicted during the brutal massacre in the Gaza border areas on October 7th and in Hamas captivity.

The report, which was submitted to the UN Special Envoy on Sexual Violence in Conflict Areas, who visited Israel about two weeks ago, shows that the sexual crimes were committed in four types of locations: at the Nova music party, in surrounding villages and kibbutzim, on IDF bases, and in Hamas captivity in Gaza.

According to the report, the Nukhba terrorists operated in systematic patterns of group attacks, when in villages and kibbutzim, the sexual attacks were sometimes done in front of relatives and friends. The terrorists targeted both women and men, and the victims were executed during or after they were raped…”  (Mass sexual assault of women in public has been documented in Egypt since 2005.  On February 11, 2011, CBS News correspondent Lara Logan was reporting in Egypt about the celebrations following the resignation of Hosni Mubarak when she was attacked by a group of 200 – 300 men, several of whom gang raped her for nearly one half hour.  Her only offense – not having her head covered.  In an article we have cited before, Dawn Perlmutter said: From a Western perspective this was a crazed mob out of control.  For a shame culture this was an acceptable punishment for a woman who was not properly covered.  They pulled her blonde hair out and more than likely kept it as souvenirs.

UN Relief Chief: Hamas is not a terrorist group for us

February 16, 2024 — Israel National News reports: “A United Nations official came under fire from Israel on Thursday, after he claimed in a TV interview that ‘Hamas is not a terrorist group for us’.

UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Martin Griffiths, spoke to Sky News on Wednesday and, when asked whether he thought Israel’s plan to eliminate Hamas was realistic, replied, ‘I think it’s very difficult. I’ve worked with many many many different terrorist and insurgent groups. Hamas is not a terrorist group for us. It’s a political movement.’

Israeli government spokesperson Eylon Levy posted a video of the remarks to X and wrote, ‘Martin Griffiths denies Hamas is a terrorist organization. No wonder he is abusing his power to save Hamas’ skin after the deadliest terror attack since 9/11 instead of demanding its surrender.’…

Following the uproar, Griffiths issued a clarification on Thursday, writing on X, ‘Just to clarify: Hamas is not on the list of groups designated as terrorist organizations by the United Nations Security Council.’

John Kirby responds to UN official: Hamas is a terrorist organization, it just is

February 16, 2024 — Israel National News reports: “White House National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby clarified on Thursday that the US views Hams as a terrorist organization.

Kirby made the comments in response to a question from a reporter about comments by the UN’s humanitarian chief, Martin Griffiths, that ‘Hamas is not a terrorist group for us’.

‘Hamas is a terrorist organization. We’ve said so. It is. It just is. And you don’t have to look any further than what they did on the 7th of October to see it in stark terms. And, my goodness, take a look at their manifesto, even the one that’s so-called watered down in 2017. There’s no doubt they just want to wipe Israel off the face of the map. This is a terrorist organization, pure and simple. Period,’ said Kirby…”

Congress bans Hamas from entering USA

February 1, 2024 — Israel National News reports: “By a vote of 422 to 2, the House of Representatives has approved H.R.6679, titled the No Immigration Benefits for Hamas Terrorists Act, introduced by Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA). The bill forbids members of Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) from entering the US, even if seeking asylum. The ban also includes anyone who had any part in the October 7th massacre.

‘Any alien who carried out, participated in, planned, financed, afforded material support to, or otherwise facilitated any of the attacks against Israel initiated by Hamas beginning on October 7, 2023, is inadmissible,’ the bill states.

‘Any alien who carried out, participated in, planned, financed, afforded material support to, or otherwise facilitated any of the attacks against Israel initiated by Hamas beginning on October 7, 2023, shall be ineligible for any relief under the immigration laws, including under this section, section 208, and section 2242 of the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999 (and any regulations issued pursuant to such section).’

Hamas uses civilians as human shields, Gazan journalist states

February 15, 2024 — The Jerusalem Post reports: “Gaza-based journalist Jehad Saftawi said on Tuesday that the Hamas terrorist organization indeed uses civilians as human shields in the war against Israel.

‘Hamas terrorists used my family and hundreds of our neighbors as human shields. Hamas continues to hold the people of Gaza captive,’ Saftawi posted on X. ‘There should be no reconstruction of my family’s home while a stockpile of weapons lies underneath.’

‘Goals rather than causes are what is behind Hamas’s masterminds’ wars. The case for removing Hamas is not to fuel escalation but to prevent it, which is why they should never be allowed to retake control of Gaza,’ he continued to say. Saftawi then admitted that it was the first time in more than 10 years that he’s ‘been able to speak about this publicly,’ stating that it’s ‘a cry for realignment for our Palestinian society as well as an appeal to the international community.’

In a piece he wrote for Time magazine, the Palestinian journalist began by saying that the terrorist organization ‘built tunnels beneath my family’s home in Gaza. Now it lies in ruin.’ He also states that it’s been seven years since he escaped Gaza, and later fled to the United States…”
