Police search for terrorism link in New York blast that injured 29

September 18, 2016 — Reuters reports: “Investigators on Sunday sifted through blast remnants, examined video and scoured the scene of an explosion that wounded 29 people in Manhattan, attempting to establish if there were any links to international terrorism.

The explosion on a commercial and residential street in New York City’s Chelsea district on Saturday night sent a deafening roar and a powerful shock wave through several blocks, wounding people with shrapnel and flying glass. All 29 victims were released from hospital, officials said on Sunday.

Mayor Bill de Blasio pleaded for any witnesses to provide tips and promised a security presence that would be ‘bigger than ever’ for the United Nations General Assembly bringing together world leaders in Manhattan for six days starting on Tuesday.

FBI investigators will examine remnants of the bomb plus an unexploded device found four blocks away as well as a pipe bomb that exploded about 80 miles (130 km) away in New Jersey on Saturday to see if they were connected, officials said.

Police recovered video from both scenes in Manhattan including images of the explosion itself, New York Police Commissioner James O’Neill said.

New York police, the FBI and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives converged on the site for their first daylight view of the site of the explosion, cordoning it off and placing dozens of evidence markers on the ground. Police closed several surrounding blocks to traffic…”  (According to the Answering Islam web page, there are 164 verses in the Koran that call for Muslims to carry out Jihad, or holy war against the infidels.   They believe they will be rewarded if they die carrying out jihad.

One of the hadith’s of Mohammad states: “Truly the martyr is given by Allah Almighty six things:

1. Forgiveness of sins from the first drop of his blood to be shed;
2. Protection from the torment of the grave;
3. Safety from the Greatest Fear [i.e. the Day of Judgment];
4. Receiving the crown of veneration, a single sapphire of which is worth more than the whole world and its contents;
5. Marriage to seventy-two of the wide-eyed virgins;
6. Intercession on behalf of seventy of his relatives.”

Three Bombs Found in New Jersey After Explosion Sparks Terrorism Fears

September 18, 2016 — Breitbart.com reports: “Federal investigators found three bombs with shrapnel after investigating a Saturday morning bombing in a New Jersey beach town that they are treating as suspected terrorism.

The bomb went off in a trash can timed to go off at the same time the Seaside Semper Five Marine Corps Charity 5K was set to occur.

No one was injured in the explosion, but the race has been canceled out of an abundance of caution, and a four-block radius around the area was closed off, according to the Asbury Park Press.

Authorities found two undetonated shrapnel devices connected to the exploded bomb, but it appears it ‘didn’t do the damage it was supposed to,’ Al Della Fave, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said.

The explosion occurred around 9:30 a.m. as spectators and runners were about to line up for the start of the race, according to New Jersey 101.5…”

New Jersey Bomber’s Notebook: ‘Attack the Kuffar in Their Backyard’

September 21, 2016 — Breitbart.com reports: “Ahmad Khan Rahami, the man believed responsible for a series of bombings in New York and New Jersey, was carrying on his person a notebook filled with radical Islamic invective referencing multiple jihadi attacks and terrorism-linked clerics.

In the notebook, Rahami accuses the American government of triggering a war on U.S. soil and favorably references Al Qaeda preacher Anwar al-Awlaki, chief terrorist Osama bin Laden, and terrorists who have acted in the United States, such as Fort Hood jihadi Nidal Hassan.

‘You (USA government) continue your … slaught against … mujahideen be it Afhanistan, Iraq, Sham, Palestine… etc,’ Rahami writes, using the preferred term of Syria among Sunni jihadis. ‘Brother Osama bin Laden offered you a truce,’ he writes. ‘You should of let us meet death overseas. You wanted it this way so you will have it this way.’…”  (Another portion of his notebook stated: “Inshallah [God willing], the sounds of bombs will be heard in the streets.  Gun shots to you police.  Death to Your OPPRESSION.”) 

FBI Investigating Stabbing Attack in Minnesota Mall as ‘Potential Act of Terrorism’

September 18, 2016 — ABC News reports: “The FBI is looking at the stabbing attack in a St. Cloud, Minnesota, mall as possible terrorism, authorities said Saturday, as ISIS claims responsibility for the attack that left nine people injured

‘We are currently investigating this as a potential act of terrorism, and I do say ‘potential,’‘ said FBI agent Richard Thornton of the bureau’s Minneapolis office at a Saturday press conference.

Thompson said investigators are looking at all aspects of the life of the suspect, who has yet to be identified and who was shot and killed at the scene by an off-duty police officer…

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack by a man wearing a security guard’s uniform.

The attacker was ‘a soldier of the Islamic State’ who carried out the attack in response to ISIS calls for violence against civilians, according to a news agency, Rasd, operated by the Islamic State group…”  (The second edition of the magazine “Rumiyah” by the Islamic State encourages knife attacks.  It states: “…one need not to be a military expert, or a martial arts master, or even own a gun or rifle in order to carry out a massacre or to kill and injure several disbelievers and terrorize an entire nation…  One might ask why knives are a good option for an attack.  Knives, though certainly not the only weapon for inflicting harm upon the kuffar, are widely available in every land and thus readily accessible.  They are extremely easy to conceal and highly lethal…”  In this magazine they call for random knife attacks in alleys, forests, beaches and quiet neighborhoods.  These are all signs that the return of our Lord is near:  “…as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” – Matthew 24:37.  How was it in Noah’s day?  “The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence” Genesis 6:11.  See the next report)

Homeland Security Chair: ‘Good Chance’ Mall Shooting is Islamic Terror

September 25, 2016 — Breitbart.com reports: “Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), chair of the House Committee on Homeland Security, told Fox News’ Mario Bartiromo on Sunday morning that ‘there’s a good chance’ Friday’s mass shooting at mall in Washington ‘could be’ Islamic terrorism.

McCaul appeared on Sunday Morning Futures to discuss the latest developments in a week of violence, from last weekend’s bombings in New York and New Jersey, which were allegedly carried out by Muslim immigrant Ahmad Khan Rahami, to the shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Washington.

On Saturday evening, police arrested Arcan Cetin, 20, a Muslim immigrant and permanent resident from Turkey, for the shootings, in which four women and one man were killed. Cetin was unarmed at his arrest, though he allegedly used three guns stolen from his father in the shooting…”

Leaked FBI Data Reveal 7,700 Terrorist Encounters in USA in One Year; Border States Most Targeted

September 26, 2016 — Breitbart.com reports: “Leaked documents with sensitive FBI data exclusively obtained by Breitbart Texas reveal that 7,712 terrorist encounters occurred within the United States in one year and that many of those encounters occurred near the U.S.-Mexico border. The incidents are characterized as ‘Known or Suspected Terrorist Encounters.’ Some of the encounters occurred near the U.S.-Mexico border at ports-of-entry and some occurred in between, indicating that persons known or reasonably suspected of being terrorists attempted to sneak into the U.S. across the border. In all, the encounters occurred in higher numbers in border states.

Some of the documents pertain to the entire U.S., while others focus specifically on the state of Arizona. The documents are labeled, ‘UNCLASSIFIED/LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE’ and contain data from the FBI-administered Terrorist Screening Center, the organization maintaining the Terrorist Screening Database, also known as the ‘Terror Watch List.’…”   (I have been reporting since September 2013 about the locations of thirty major militant Islamic groups in the U.S., and after the terrorist attacks in France in January 2015, it was reported by WND.com that the FBI is aware of at least 22 paramilitary Islamic communes in the U.S.  Jesus predicted this tragic time in Matthew 24:21 & 22: “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.”)
