Islamic State Graffiti Found Throughout Washington D.C.

October 9, 2014 — Breitbart.com reports: “Graffiti that appears to be in support of the Islamic State terrorist group has been popping up throughout the District of Columbia. The most frequently displayed message reads ‘Allahu Akbar’ (God is Greater) in Arabic, and at the bottom, ISIS, for the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham. The FBI is reportedly investigating the acts of vandalism.

On Tuesday, New York Magazine reported two findings of the pro-IS graffiti between the Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan neighborhoods of Northwest D.C.

FBI Spokesman Andrew Ames told New York Magazine regarding the findings: ‘We are aware of the graffiti’ and ‘urge anyone who sees suspicious activity or if anyone has any information about this vandalism to report it to the local authorities or to the FBI.’

U.S. Teen Arrested for Attempting to Join Islamic State Militants

October 7, 2014 — Voice of America News reports: “A 19-year-old American has been arrested for allegedly attempting to travel overseas to join Islamic State militants.

Mohammed Hamzah Khan was taken into custody Saturday at O’Hare International Airport by the FBI as he attempted to fly from Chicago to Istanbul via Vienna, according to a press release issued Monday by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Khan was charged with one count of attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization operating inside Iraq and Syria. Report: 4 Islamic terrorists found in Texas in last 36 hours

October 9, 2014 — WND.com reports: “A noted Washington watchdog organization on Wednesday said four ‘Islamic terrorists’ have been caught in Texas after coming into the U.S. across the Mexican border in just the last 36 hours.

Judicial Watch announced its sources within the Department of Homeland Security say the arrests were made by federal authorities and the Texas Department of Public Safety in McAllen and Pharr.

The announcement came only hours after a member of Congress, Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., disclosed in a TV interview that jihadists with the Middle Eastern group ISIS have been caught coming into the U.S. from Mexico.

He said his information came from the Border Patrol.

‘They were caught at the border … therefore, we know that ISIS is coming across the border,’ he said. ‘If they catch five or 10 of them, we know there are dozens more that did not get caught.’

Judicial Watch said it confirmed its information after Hunter, a member of the House Armed Services Committee, was interviewed by the Fox News Channel’s Greta Van Susteren.

Hunter said that if the administration really wants to protect Americans from ISIS, it needs to secure the southern border…”

Three Toronto Teenagers Attempt to Join ISIS

October 18, 2014 — Israel National News reports: “Three teenage girls from Toronto attempted to join ISIS, the Toronto Daily Star reported Friday, in order to become the brides of Islamist terrorists.

All three girls, aged 15-18, are of Somali heritage, according to the daily; two were sisters.

The three attempted to enter Syria via Turkey – boarding a flight from Toronto to Cairo, then from Cairo to Istanbul – before being apprehended by border officials in Turkey after the girls’ parents alerted authorities.

Canadian officials praised the parents for taking quick action.

‘The parents felt comfortable in contacting police to prevent the young girls from ruining their lives,’ Hamilton, CA lawyer Hussein Hamdani, who has worked in the past to help bring together Muslim communities and the police, said to the Star. ‘This is something we want to encourage and keep building those bridges.’

Hundreds of women have flocked to ISIS to become ‘terror brides,’ with the prevalence of teenage emigrants alarming Western officials.

Just days ago, French officials estimated that at least 100 women and girls have fled France to join the group; last month, British officials counted at least sixty women who have joined ISIS’s ‘modesty police’ in Raqqa…”

Scotland Yard: Minimum of Five Britons Join ISIS Every Week

October 22, 2014 — Israel National News reports: “Britain’s most senior police officer revealed shocking statistics on Tuesday, according to which five UK citizens are leaving each and every week to join the brutal Islamic State (IS or ISIS) terrorist group in Syria and Iraq.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe was quoted by the Huffington Post saying: ‘the advance of IS across Iraq and Syria…are not just the horrors of distant lands. We know that over 500 British nationals traveled to join the conflict. Many have returned and many will wish to do so in the coming months and perhaps in future years.’

‘We still have an average of five people joining them a week,’ said Hogan-Howe. ‘Five a week doesn’t sound much but when you realize there are 50 weeks in a year, 250 more would be 50% more than we think have gone already.’

And that’s the best case scenario, warned the police commissioner.

‘Those numbers are a minimum. Those are the ones that we believe have gone,’ he noted. ‘There may be many more who set out to travel to another country and meandered over to Syria and Iraq in a way that is not always possible to spot when you have failed states and leaky borders.’

Hogan-Howe warned of the great danger that jihadists may return to commit terror in England, saying ‘the drumbeat of terrorism in the UK has changed. It’s faster and it’s more intense.’…”

Canadian authorities overheard plans for ‘…ISIS-inspired knife-and-gun attacks

October 9, 2014 — The National Post reports: “The RCMP is investigating 63 national security cases linked to terrorism and involving 90 suspects, Canada’s top security officials said Wednesday, even as a U.S. television network reported Islamist extremists are plotting violence in Canada.

As federal officials touted national agencies’ success in stopping terrorist acts at an Ottawa committee hearing, NBC News published a report saying that U.S. intelligence officials are tracking ISIS imitators in Canada targeting the U.S. embassy in Ottawa and an unspecified shopping mall.

NBC later amended its story, removing references to specific targets and methods, and describing the attacks as being in an ‘‘aspirational’’ stage.

‘‘Intelligence officials tell NBC News that Canadian authorities have heard would-be terrorists discussing potential ISIS-inspired ‘knife and gun’ attacks against U.S. and Canadian targets inside Canada,’’ the network reported.

Canada mosque teaches 4-year-olds how to behead

October 6, 2014 — WND.com reports: “An Ontario mosque is coming under fire for using young Muslim children to conduct mock beheadings in a school play.

Video footage of the Islamic Jaffari Center in Thornhill, Ontario, shows children as young as 4 years old watching and learning to conduct beheadings in a play that reportedly took place two years ago.

The video was featured on the Canada’s Sun News Network television program, ‘Byline with Brian Lilley.’

A young boy can be seen sitting on the floor as another boy approaches him from behind with a machete.

At the end of the play, the boy playing the part of the executioner announces, ‘Here are the heads.’…” (Hell won’t be hot enough for these monsters of hate and death – “And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea” – Mark 9:42.)

Busted ISIS Cell Planned Beheadings on London Streets

October 8, 2014 — Israel National News reports: “New details in connection to the arrest of four Islamic terrorists on Tuesday reveal that the cell was affiliated with the Islamic State (ISIS), and planned a brutal beheading – or beheadings – on the streets of London.

MI5 (British intelligence) and police monitored the four, arresting them while they were in the ‘early stages’ of planning a ‘significant’ attack. Scotland Yard indicated the four intended to import ISIS’s beheadings of westerners in Syria that have shocked the world, reports the UK’s The Telegraph.

Con Coughlin, defense editor of the British paper, confirmed to Fox News on Tuesday that the plan was to behead civilians in public citing intelligence officials.

‘The material that we have from Scotland Yard and the intelligence services is they have uncovered the first ISIS plot here in the UK,’ Coughlin said. ‘Basically, (they were) British jihadists coming back to London and wanting to carry out a plot, and I’m told the plot was to behead people on the streets of London.’

Australian jihadist warns Tony Abbott ‘we will defeat you’ in Islamic State video

October 21, 2014 — The Sydney Morning Herald reports: “An Australian teenager who ran away from his Bankstown family home in June has surfaced in a chilling Islamic State video threatening Tony Abbott and vowing to fight until the militant group has conquered the West.

Abdullah Elmir, 17 appeared in the video posted on the internet on Monday night under the nom de guerre ‘Abu Khaled from Australia’. He is dressed in military gear and holding a rifle, standing among several dozen fellow jihadists.

Speaking for a little under two minutes directly to the camera, Elmir baits the United States, Britain and ‘especially … Australia’ to throw everything they have militarily against the Islamic State group, which has seized large tracts of territory across Syria and Iraq.

He then vows the group will keep fighting until it has raised the black flag of the Islamic State above the White House and beheaded ‘tyrants’ – apparently referring to Western leaders including Mr. Abbott.

It is the first time the Islamic State, also known as ISIL, has specifically mentioned the Prime Minister in one of its major propaganda videos and is also the most prominent role so far given to an Australian jihadist.

‘This message I deliver to you, the people of America. I deliver this message to you, the people of Britain, and I deliver this message to you, especially, the people of Australia,’ he says.

‘Bring every nation that you want to come and fight us. It means nothing to us. Whether it’s 50 nations or 50,000 nations, it means nothing to us. Bring your planes. Bring everything you want to us. Because it will not harm us. Why? Because we have Allah, glorious be He.’…”
