SpaceWar.com reports: “Al-Qaeda is attempting to procure nuclear material and recruit rogue scientists in order to build a radioactive ‘dirty bomb,’ leaked documents published in the Telegraph newspaper revealed.

The cables, released by the Wikileaks website, showed that security chiefs told a NATO meeting in January 2009 that Al-Qaeda was planning a programme of ‘dirty radioactive improvised explosive devices (IEDs).’

The makeshift nuclear bombs, which could be used against soldiers fighting in Afghanistan, would contaminate the surrounding area for years to come.

The leaked documents also revealed that Al-Qaeda papers found in 2007 convinced security officials that ‘greater advances’ had been made in bio-terrorism than was previously feared.

US security personnel were warned in 2008 that terrorists had ‘the technical competence to manufacture an explosive device beyond a mere dirty bomb.’…” (I think that Islamic terrorism will continue until Christ returns to put a stop to these religious murderers as described in The Wall Street Journal in February of 2011 – Revelation 11:18. Israel National News reports: “Al-Qaeda watchers have been keeping their eye on its ‘master plan for world domination,’ first revealed in 2005.

The plan was revealed by Jordanian journalist Fouad Hussein when he interviewed top Al Qaeda leaders, including the mastermind of many terror attacks in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

The plan is described as a seven-stage, long-term war, ending with the world coming under control of the Islamic Caliphate.

Phase III, which was to follow the 9/11 attacks and subsequent preparations for Islamic battle against the West, was expected to last from 2007 to 2010. It was to have included ‘increasingly frequent attacks against secular Turkey and arch-enemy Israel.’

In actuality, Al-Qaeda terrorists have been linked to exactly one attack in Turkey during that period; it took place outside the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul and left three attackers and three policemen dead. In recent weeks, Turkish police have arrested nearly 40 Al-Qaeda suspects. Closer to home, Al-Qaeda has been implicated in attempting to recruit terrorists in Gaza and Samaria, but has not been implicated in any major attacks.

Phase Four, scheduled for between 2010 and 2013, foresees the ‘downfall of hated Arab regimes, including Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Oil suppliers will be attacked and the U.S. economy will be targeted using cyber terrorism.’ Threats to carry out such attacks have often been sounded, but have generally not been followed through. On the other hand, the regimes in Tunisia and Egypt have been felled or are in danger, and observers have suggested that Saudi Arabia and Jordan could be in danger as well.

Phase Five, between 2013 and 2016, has been designated as the period of the formation of a world-wide Islamic state, or caliphate. Immediately afterwards, the ‘Islamic army’ will instigate the ‘fight between the believers and the non-believers’ that has so often been predicted by al-Qaeda’s leader, Osama bin Laden. Al-Qaeda expects that war to take up to two years, ending by 2020 with ‘definitive victory.’…”

Asia Times Online reports: “With the Afghan war entering its 10th year, completely undeterred by the American drone strikes in the Pakistani tribal region, al-Qaeda is putting the final touches to plans to recruit, train and launch Western Caucasians in their countries; the aim is to spread the flames of the South Asian war theater to the West.

Al-Qaeda began planning the operation in 2002, after the fall in late 2001 of the Taliban in Afghanistan, where the group had been given sanctuary. Al-Qaeda had regrouped in Pakistan’s South Waziristan tribal area on the border with Afghanistan, and used this base to developed propaganda media structures to recruit in the West.

Now, after eight years, a picture is emerging that shows the failure of Western intelligence to assess the real pulse of their societies, and the inability of North Atlantic Treaty Organization forces to prevent Afghanistan from once again becoming the nerve center of al-Qaeda’s terror operations.

Well-placed Taliban sources say that a group of Canadian militants is receiving jihadi training in al-Qaeda camps in North Waziristan for terror attacks in Canada, whose troops are a part of the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan.

Arif Wazir, a local militant of Darpakhel in North Waziristan told Asia Times Online, ‘In the first stage of their journey, the Canadians went to Afghanistan in February 2010; there were 12 of them. After nine months, al-Qaeda’s leaders decided to send them to North Waziristan and they reached Darpakhel in November last year.

‘In Afghanistan they received basic jihadi training, while currently they are busy doing some special courses. Their main learning is how to use sophisticated weapons, and how to connect with local smuggling networks in North America. They are also learning how to use ordinary material like sugar and basic chemicals to make powerful explosives. These militants will then return to their country to execute al-Qaeda’s plan of targeting big cities in Canada,’ the militant said…”

WorldNetDaily.com reports: “Those who leave Islam and preach against the Muslim religion must be jailed, declared the imam who has become the new face of the proposed Islamic cultural center near Ground Zero in New York City.

‘If someone leaves the din, leaves the path privately, they cannot be touched. If someone preaches about apostasy, or preaches their views, they’re jailed,’ stated Imam Abdallah Adhami in a November lecture obtained and reviewed by WND.

Adhami was discussing the Quranic view of apostasy, or Muslims who decide to leave the Islamic religion.

According to Shariah, or Islamic law, the consensus view in Sunni Islam is that a male apostate must be put to death unless he suffers from a mental disorder or converted against his will.

There are, however, differing views on the subject, with some contemporary Islamic scholars differentiating between public and private apostasy and arguing for actions ranging from death to nothing.

Adhami, speaking to a non-Muslim audience, claimed Islamic law only calls for punishment for public apostates and that most Islamic scholars demand only that public apostates be jailed as opposed to killed.

He claimed Islam was ‘revolutionary’ for purportedly only punishing those who preach apostasy publicly, as opposed to other religions, which, he claimed, punish both public and private apostates…” (God spare the world from Sharia Law which kills a daughter for a sex act even if she is an innocent victim of rape and also puts to death any who turn from the faith. The London Daily Telegraph reports: “MI6 has warned that Britain faces a ‘unique’ threat from a generation of home-grown terrorists who are not on the intelligence services’ ‘radar’, secret documents have disclosed.

British-born radicals who undergo terrorist training and become ‘suicide operatives’ will leave the authorities ‘hard pressed’ to prevent an attack, according to a top counterterrorism official at the Secret Intelligence Service.

The problem of home-grown terrorists is officially expected to blight Britain for years to come and ‘will not go away anytime soon’.

The warning was sounded in a private briefing from a senior MI6 official to visiting American Congressmen amid growing US fears over the radicalisation of young British Muslims.

The leaked documents also highlight American government concerns that the British intelligence services are struggling to combat Muslim extremists because of budget cuts and a wave of lawsuits from terror suspects. William Hague, the Foreign Secretary, announced further cuts to the counter-terrorism budget earlier.
