Abortion extremism: The left’s secular sacrament

For the longest time, the political left insisted that it was not pro-abortion but pro-choice, that it truly wanted to make abortion safe, legal and rare. I never could quite grasp why liberals would care about making it rare if they didn’t consider the unborn to be human lives. But that is the position they firmly held – obviously for political expediency.

Their decision to cloak their true intentions in the euphemism of ‘choice’ has always been a calculated strategy to sanitize their actual motives. If they were actually choice advocates, they would inform mothers contemplating abortions about all the risks of the procedure and advise them of alternatives, such as adoption. In practice, in many cases, we’ve seen just the opposite…”  (David Limbaugh, the author of this article is correct.  America is plummeting hell-bound into depravity.  “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!  Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!” – Isaiah 5:20, 21.  It has been said that if God does not judge America, then He, being the Just and Righteous God that He is, will have to resurrect the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and apologize to their inhabitants.  Is there any hope?  Yes, there is.  The underlying premise of II Chronicles 7:14 is still true today: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”  Christians need to pray – I John 1:9: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”)

Virginia Democrat Proposes Bill Allowing ‘Abortion’ as Woman Is ‘Dilating’

January 30, 2019 — Breitbart.com reports: “Virginia Democrat Delegate Kathy Tran proposed a measure last week that would not only allow abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy in the state, but would also permit a woman to decide whether she wants to ‘abort’ her baby as she is dilating and about to give birth.

The bill is proposed as New York Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo has just signed into law the Reproductive Health Act, which eliminates recognition of ‘personhood’ in the unborn and defines a ‘person’ as a ‘human being who has been born and is alive.’ That law has been referred to as permitting ‘infanticide’ by many pro-life groups…”  (How barbaric!  Thank God that this bill did not pass in Virginia.  Unfortunately, on January 23^rd, the state of New York joined 7 other states that allow abortion up to the time of birth.  These states are Alaska, Colorado, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon and Vermont, along with Washington DC.  No wonder an unidentified person called out in the New York state Senate chamber after the lawmakers cheered the passage of their law: “May almighty God have mercy on the state of New York.”)

Virginia governor defends letting babies die AFTER birth

January 31, 2019 — WND.com reports: “Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam is raising eyebrows with his comments in support of letting infants die after they have been born alive.

Northam, a Democrat, appeared Wednesday on WTOP Radio to discuss House Bill 2491, also known as the Repeal Act, which would remove all restrictions on abortion in Virginia, even allowing a woman to abort her child while she’s in labor.

When asked if he supported the measure promoted by fellow Democrat Kathy Tran, the governor said doctors could make decisions to allow a baby to die even after it’s born alive.

‘If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen,’ Northam explained.

‘The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother.’…”  (Just when you think that humanity has reached the lowest level of depravity, they prove you wrong.  This Virginia bill would have gone a step beyond the other eight states – it would allow infanticide – the murder of a child out of the womb.  Dr. Ben Carson stated in August 2018 – “We called ancient civilizations heathens because they sacrificed babies, but we abort them.” 

Child sacrifice was practiced by the Ammonites in the Bible.  They sacrificed to Molech, whose image was made in bronze and their outstretched arms were heated red-hot.  Living children were placed into the hands where they would die, or were rolled into a fire pit below.  In Leviticus 20:2-5 God told Moses: “Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.  And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.  And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not:  Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people.”  Sadly, Kings Solomon followed Ashtoreth and Molek [I Kings 11:4-11], and Kings Manassah, and Ahaz offered their children as sacrifices.  The people of Judah also did this: “And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.  And now therefore thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;” – Jeremiah 32:35, 36 – which was one of the reasons for the Babylonian captivity.

Abortionists break God’s sixth commandment ‘Thou shalt not kill’ – Exodus 20:13. Those who take lives are regarded as murderers and miss an eternal existence with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. If repentance occurs, and the sins of abortion are confessed and repented of, one is pardoned and sins are forgiven and forgotten – I John 1:9; Hebrews 8:12.)

Trump: ‘All Children – Born and Unborn – Are Made in the Holy Image of God’

February 6, 2019 — Breitbart.com reports: “President Donald Trump called upon Congress to pass legislation that would prohibit late-term abortion past the time when science has shown an unborn baby can feel pain.

‘Let us work together to build a culture that cherishes innocent life,’ the president said during his State of the Union Address Tuesday evening. ‘And let us reaffirm a fundamental truth: all children — born and unborn — are made in the holy image of God.’

Trump contrasted the ‘beautiful image of a mother holding her infant child’ with the ‘chilling displays’ of New York legislators after Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed into law a bill that denies ‘personhood’ to unborn babies and makes abortion on demand a fundamental right.

‘Lawmakers in New York cheered with delight upon the passage of legislation that would allow a baby to be ripped from the mother’s womb moments before birth,’ the president said. ‘These are living, feeling, beautiful babies who will never get the chance to share their love and dreams with the world.’

Similarly, Trump observed, ‘[W]e had the case of the Governor of Virginia where he stated he would execute a baby after birth.’…”  (Amen President Trump!  The Bible is very clear about children in the womb.  Samson told Delilah “…I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother’s womb…” – Judges 16:17.  David stated: “For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.  I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.  My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.  Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them” – Psalm 139:13-17.  God told Jeremiah “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations” – Jeremiah 1:5.  Luke 1:41 – 45 states: “And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:   And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.  And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?  For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.  And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.”)
